• Comprehensive preparation: Your journey does not begin with the retreat, but already at home. We equip you with essential information and resources to prepare you physically and mentally for this intense experience.
• Individual support before your trip: A personal preparation call ensures not only your optimal preparation, but also a space for all your questions and uncertainties before your arrival.
• Nourishment for body and soul: With four vegan, dietary meals to support your ayahuasca experience, we provide your physical foundation, while of course catering to any individual dietary needs.
• In-depth coaching for ayahuasca: Before your experience, our experts offer an orientation session. With valuable advice and answers to individual questions, they will help you to fully engage with ayahuasca. After your first encounter, they will continue to support you so that you can dive into the experience with even more clarity on the second day.
• Immersion in nature and cold: If the weather is suitable, we offer guided nature walks. In addition, there is the option of cold bathing – a practice that calms the mind by means of a breathing exercise in order to neutrally observe the intense bodily sensations, which ideally harmonizes with the ayahuasca journey.
• Diverse spiritual practices: In addition to two group meditations, a Rapé ceremony offers you the opportunity to learn about other spiritual levels and healing methods.
• Integration as the key: Working through, understanding and applying your experiences together in an integration talk and a subsequent call to anchor the transformation in your life in a sustainable way.
• Intimacy and exclusivity: In a group of maximum 8 participants you will experience an intimate atmosphere that allows trust and deep encounters.
